We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Professional Services Department. As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of accessibility projects and services to our clients.

What you will do:

• Lead the planning and execution of accessibility projects, ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-conscious delivery.
• Ensure that teams/vendors maintain a focus on quality and continuous delivery.
• Verify that project deliverables meet established quality standards and align with client expectations.
• Maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation to reflect department activities.
• Take ownership of the process and outcomes for resolving client issues.
• Cultivate and sustain contact with clients at an executive level, emphasizing the strategic nature of the relationship.
• Review shipping notices, invoices, and other documents to effectively manage priorities.
• Exercise sound judgment in utilizing internal business resources to address client needs.
• Adhere to quality service standards and comply with established procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Manage the vendor onboarding process and identify new sourcing opportunities to enhance the supply chain efficiency.
• Effectively manage our relationships with valuable vendors worldwide.
  
  

• 2-3 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager/ in a project management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong time management skills.
• English - Full professional proficiency (Oral and written).
• Familiarity with relevant project management tools (salesforce, clickup).
