Events Specialist - Marcom

We're looking for a dynamic Events Specialist to energize our growing Marketing Team.

In this key role, you will plan, execute and manage a range of events, large-scale conferences, end-to-end, while collaborating across global teams in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment, with a focus on high-touch engagement

Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end events, webinars and meetups from planning to execution, logistics and budget, including tracking event success, ROI and contribution to sales pipe generation.
• Plan and execute large-scale online conferences, involving coordination with global stakeholders, designed to captivate audiences of thousands with engaging, high-quality content in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment.
• Identify and support the planning of strategic events and regional campaigns that are focused on high touch engagement with targeted decision-makers.
• Manage multiple events and projects simultaneously including online, offline, and hybrid event formats.
• Partner and collaborate with multiple team members from Sales, Partnerships, Product, Marketing and Operations departments in order to facilitate and produce successful events.
• Work together with domestic and international teams in USA, APAC, EMEA.
• Use our CRM to track field activities, invitations, and events through to opportunity creation, while providing administrative, logistical and budget management support to the team.
  
  

• 3+ years of pipe generation events experience.
• 2+ years of experience in designing and executing online/hybrid events.
• Experience working in B2B tech landscape.
• Remarkable project and time management skills.
• Ability to both take direction well and find solutions on your own.
• Experience with running functional, engaging, high-quality events in online, hybrid formats and in-person.
• High verbal and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple time zones and communication channels.
• Ability to travel up to 20% to execute in-person events.
• Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
