Business Application Analyst

The Global Business applications & IT team is seeking for a skilled Global IT Business Analyst to join the team.

This role involves overseeing and analyzing the IT Applications, working closely with teams across various locations, and managing IT projects efficiently.

Role and responsibilities:

• Analyze global business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and locations to gather project requirements and expectations.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT initiatives on a global scale.
• Conduct thorough analyses of current systems, processes, and data to propose improvements and enhancements.
• Manage project resources, allocate tasks, and provide technical guidance and leadership.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering , Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst and project manager within a global organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Proficiency in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to work effectively with diverse teams across different geographical locations.
• Microsoft / Oracle platform experience - Advantage.
• Excellent writing, and presentation skills with strong proficiency in English and Hebrew
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
