Head of the project management and systems analysis team for the field of digital development.

Responsibilities:

• Management, leading and professional training of a team that includes project managers and system analysts in digital development worlds.
• Escalate and resolve complex project issues with stakeholders across the company.
• Implement and enforce project management methodologies and system analysis standards.
• Collaborate with development teams, testers, business units, and external suppliers.
• Champion continuous improvement in project delivery quality and speed.
• Develop creative solutions to remove project roadblocks and streamline processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or systems analysis.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of project managers/system analysts.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive under pressure.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
