Job Description:

Joining as the first key player in our marketing team, you, as the Director of Marketing at Songoven, will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies in a dynamic startup environment. As a foundational member of the team, you will not only strategize but also be hands-on in the implementation and execution of agile marketing strategies. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and practical involvement in day-to-day marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically develop and implement Hands-On comprehensive marketing campaigns in line with the vision and objectives.
• Drive audience traffic to our website using a mix of inbound and outbound marketing methods, including content marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns, and targeted advertising.
• Perform rigorous analysis of the sales funnel, pinpointing and addressing areas for improvement in customer engagement and journey.
• Engage in build-measure-learn cycles for ongoing refinement of our product and marketing strategies, while also executing A/B testing to optimize these efforts efficiently.
• Report activity results to company management.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze data and draw conclusions.

Key Qualifications:

• A proven track record of outstanding performance, as evidenced by exceptional achievements and significant milestones (such as an exceptionally high Bagrot score, service in prestigious IDF units, exceptional academic results from renowned universities like Technion, Tel Aviv, Ben Gurion, a high psychometric test score, participation in gifted student programs, or any similar credentials that reflect a history of excellence).
• Quick learning capabilities.
• Flexible and adaptive thinking, with the ability to excel in a dynamic and evolving setting.

Candidates with pertinent professional experience, especially in the context of early-stage startups, will be given priority consideration.
