VP R&D

An Innovative SEED STAGE promising start-up, in the Customer-Intelligence field is looking for a talented VP R&D.

The company develops an AI platform that offers an innovative, first of its kind SaaS B2B service in a niche industry with significant potential for growth into B2C and embedded finance.

This year, the company won a place in a global, prestigious accelerator program and raised a $500k angel round with plans to raise a promising pre-seed from existing and committed investors early next year.

· The VP R&D will play a significant role in designing the technological vision of the company.

· Build and implement an R&D in-house team from scratch.

· Recruit and train the in-house R&D team

· Build and define the R&D roadmap, including objectives and KPI's.

Qualifications:

· Previous managerial experience (3-5 years as an R&D team leader/R&D manager)

· High capabilities and previous experience in software development.

· Hands-on in Python – a Must!

· HTML, CSS, Bootstrap

· Knowledge working with API / REST.

· Previous experience and knowledge in server management (preferably AWS)

· Experience with Git, Jira

· Familiarity with development methods and maintaining high standards.

· Creative and "out of the box" thinking

· Strong Teamwork skills
