• Location:* Wichita, KS
• Description:* Diligently review and understand customer design drawings & specifications. Layout and check clearances and interferences Detail erection drawings and shop drawings for submittal Build assembly Bills of Material Support purchasing and shop with nesting, templates, running dimensions, etc. Orderly assignment of part numbers and organized filing system for all drawings Accurate and timely completion of detailing work
• Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Associates degree or certificate in Drafting or Engineering Technology 2+ years experience in the structural or industrial field Ability to read and understand blueprints. Strong 3D modeling & CAD skills Experience with Autodesk Inventor or Tekla Structures Basic understanding of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel shapes Basic understanding of AISC Detailing Standards
