Staff AI Security Researcher

Intuit is looking for a Staff Security Researcher to join a multi-disciplinary team focused on researching the security of AI & GenAI models and systems.

• MSc (with thesis) or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Math, or similar fields. Equivalent research experience may be acceptable with a proven research record.
• 4+ years of industry experience in cyber security research. Including 2+ years doing threat research and 2+ years security innovation (possibly overlapping)
• Strong background in math, statistics and algorithms. Significant Data Science experience will be an advantage
• Significant experience in research and innovation. Academic publications, conference talks and patented inventions will be an advantage.

• Researching AI models from a security perspective, to understand whether and which models are vulnerable to which attacks and why
• Exploring innovative ways to create robust AI models and to build robust AI systems. And also to find new attack vectors on AI models.
• Collecting and digesting literature and open-source software to build and maintain a Adversarial ML and Robust AI knowledge base and tool sets
• Sharing knowledge internally/externally on AI risks and Robust AI technology
