The opportunity:

The department of pre-clinical pharmacology (global R&D for innovative medicine) is recruiting a lab manager for laboratory day-to-day lab operations.

The lab is dedicated to innovative drug development, which includes:

• Study of drug biological mechanism of action
• Establishment of disease models for efficacy evaluation
• PK studies for dose selection

How you’ll spend your day:

• Lab organization and implementation of work procedures the
• Safety SOPs and communication with the safety (EHS) department
• Communication with suppliers of equipment and consumables
• Responsibility for annual maintenance of laboratory equipment and their proper operation
• Communication with Teva's engineering departments as needed
• Communication with IT support personal
• Support cellular/molecular biology studies and/or animal disease models as needed the research conducted in the laboratory as needed

Your experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in biology with three or more years of working experience in a biology laboratory setting. Experience could come from either academic or industry settings.
• Experience with advanced biology techniques instrumentation such as (Microscopy, qPCR, transcriptomic, FACS, proteomics, imaging techniques etc)
• Scientific publications (advantage)
