They are looking for a machine designer to contribute to their team.

They have 5 new incoming projects that are going to require support within multiple industries including automotive, food and beverage, and aerospace.

This role will primarily be behind the tube in Solidworks design.

Engineering calculations including stress / strain and fit analysis will be involved during the design process.

There will also be the element of troubleshooting and problem solving on the floor as needed, maybe 20%.

These machines will involve servo drives, gearboxes, actuators, and both 3 and 6 axis robots.

Knowledge in stress calculations, pneumatic systems, and lifecycle analysis.

They will report to the mechanical engineering manager and be a part of a team of around 5 designers with the ability to support less experienced team members.
