Medical Scribe

• MEDICAL SCRIBE* Actalent is hiring a Medical Scribe to work on-site within one of the nation's premier ophthalmology practices! This medical scribe will assist the physician one-on-one by transcribing their visit with the patient and assisting hands-on with procedures.
• Job Description:*
• Scribing for Physician
• Will be documenting physician visit in EMR system
• Will be hands on with some instruments when asked by physician
• Will do work ups after doctor visits with patient
• Will communicate with patients should be able to speak on the procedures/treatment
• Will require commute to nearby clinics
• Qualifications:*
• 1+ years of experience working on-site as a Medical Scribe
• Bachelor or Associate degree in the science/medical field
• Experience working hands on with patients in a medical office/in a high volume environment
