Revit Drafter

• Description:* A Construction company located in Goshen, IN is looking to hire an Architectural Designer. They perform project development, pre-construction, general contracting, construction management, and Design/Build on a variety of projects. The types of projects include: multi-family, banks, industrial, retail, healthcare, educational, athletic facilities, etc. This person would assist in the design during all phases of construction.
• Requirements:*
• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction design
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Ability to create construction documents and perform design
• Ability to collaborate with internal design teams, and with clients
• Primary Responsibilities:*
• Use Revit/AutoCAD to develop and design projects
• Attend project design meetings to ensure knowledge of project scope
• Attend progress meetings to manage design deadlines
• Visit project sites to document conditions, and obtain pertinent information
• Work alongside the manager of design to provide clarity for construction teams
