Playtika is looking for an Intellectual Property (IP) counsel to join our global legal team to manage and advise on a variety of international IP matters, from patents and trademarks to copyrights and designs. As our IP Counsel, you will be instrumental in protecting the heart of our creativity. Your expertise will ensure our intellectual property rights are robustly defended and strategically managed. You'll be more than a lawyer; you'll be a guardian of our innovative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with Playtika’s Sr. Director of Global Intellectual Property, Playtika’s gaming studios and other relevant business units on all IP matters.
• Managing and overseeing outside counsel work.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to licensing, enforcement, co-existence, and more.
• Assisting and co-owing global IP projects.
• Providing legal advice and support on a wide variety of global IP matters (clearance, prosecution, legislation updates, best practice).
• Partner with other legal team members to strengthen processes and build systems to improve the legal department’s work process.
  
  

• A law degree with 3-6 years of relevant professional experience at an Intellectual Property department in a leading law firm (advising hi-tech/international companies - Advantage) or legal department of a global company.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling IP matters, preferably in the tech or gaming industry.
• Experience in trademark and/or patent prosecution – Advantage.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent English (both written and oral).
• Tech-oriented – Advantage.
• Additional legal experience such as commercial; privacy - Advantage.
