Staff SWE, GenAI Security & Safety

Overview

• You will join Intuit’s Security R&D organization, and be the technical lead for the development of Security and Safety controls for Intuit Assist - The Generative AI-Powered Financial Assistant for Small Businesses and Consumers.
  
  

• 3+ years’ experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered impactful products
• Deep expertise and at least 5 years of experience writing in Java and modern frameworks
• Passion for being at the leading edge of technology, with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on software development experience, solving complex engineering problems
• Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

• You will be the technical lead responsible for the development and operations of the service, the security, and safety controls protecting Intuit’s Generative AI Operating System
• You will help to innovate by thinking differently and lead your team to embrace new ideas that produce outstanding results for our customers
• You will inspire others through action by creating a spirit of collaboration.
