Product Designer

We're looking for a talented and experienced (ux/ui) Product Designer to join our growing team with a proven track record of designing complex systems and executing end-to-end pixel perfect user experiences in a dynamic, startup atmosphere.

We're looking for a designer with the passion to jump in and explore new use cases in the AI and cloud native space.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end design across multiple features and projects.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to build and improve key features.
• Solve complex product problems.
• Act as a strong advocate for the users, championing their needs and desires throughout the product development process.
• Use a design system for a collaborative unified design of patterns and components.
• Communicate design intent and rationalize design decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve the already existing product based on cross-functional qualitative and quantitative data.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience designing interfaces for complex B2B, SaaS systems/products.
• Experience with driving and applying usability and user experience principles while working with cross-functional teams including development, product management and technical writers.
• Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A team player, exuding a "can-do" attitude, capable of steering design initiatives end to end.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior exposure to designing within the framework of design systems and component libraries.
• Pixel-perfect attitude, with attention to the smallest of details.
• An autonomous learner.
• Bachelor's degree in design, Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent.
• An outstanding portfolio, with presentable case studies showcasing a foundation in typography, interaction and visual design, product sense, and idea generation.
  
  

• Experience designing for AI/ML interactions.
• Illustration and animation skills.
• Proficiency in employing Figma with a structured approach, encompassing the creation and management of design components, accompanied by expertise in organizing files with intuitive naming conventions for easy navigation.
