Product Manager B2C

About the Position

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate has a strong product management background in leading B2C products end-to-end, deep understanding of users' needs, and a proven record of leveraging data to drive engagement and user retention.

What You’ll Do

· Drive the vision and roadmap for our consumer studio products.

· Monitor and analyze users' activities to enhance product experience and deliver impactful business outcomes.

· Partner with cross-functional teams including R&D, design, Marketing, and more to ensure business goals are met.

· Provide detailed requirements and maintain clear product documentation.

· Establish, track, and report progress on product metrics and KPIs via reports and dashboards.

· Run market and competitive research to identify new opportunities and develop the most effective products.

· Evaluate solutions through various methods such as usability and AB testing, usage analysis, and more.

What We’re Looking For

· 5+ years of experience as a product manager for B2C products with a proven track record of delivering impactful outcomes- Must

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field – Must

· Background in designing and building innovative UX solutions for mobile apps and web design - Must

· Knowledge in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and others.

· Outstanding analytical skills and extraordinary attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to business partners (in English).

· Self-driven with extreme ownership mindset and a “can do” approach.

· Knowledge of Agile processes and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.
