Artlist is growing rapidly, and as we scale,we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be a key driver of our company’s success. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of departments while acting as a trusted advisor to our leadership team.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a "hunter" mentality, and is passionate about building scalable recruitment processes and leading cross-functional HR projects.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in recruitment within a global tech company or a fast-scaling startup.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for both technical and non-technical (Marketing, Sales, Product) roles.
• Ability to "speak the language" of the business and provide strategic consulting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading recruitment-related projects.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• A proactive, "get-things-done" approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
