We’re looking for an R&D Team Lead to join our growing R&D department.

As the Artlist Core Team Lead, you’ll lead a high-profile team working on one of Artlist’s most strategic products.

You’ll guide a group of talented professionals, foster a culture of creativity and technical excellence, and play a pivotal role in driving groundbreaking solutions that shape the future of our platform.

• Drive the evolution of Artlist’s next-gen Gen-AI suite — including tools for voice cloning, text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video generation.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, marketing, and backend teams to deliver impactful, creator-focused features.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to engineers.
• Influence architectural decisions, maintain code quality, and ensure scalability.

• Continuously improve team velocity, delivery predictability, and engineering excellence.

• 2+ years managing R&D team leads, coordinating cross-team deliveries and roadmaps.
• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, with strong frontend expertise in React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Proven experience building and maintaining complex, high-scale web applications, collaborating closely with backend teams on system design and architecture.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset, leveraging metrics and insights to guide technical and product decisions.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies, with a focus on iteration, delivery predictability, and measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and mentorship skills — able to present technical strategy to executives, inspire engineers, and grow future leaders.Artlist is where the creative arts meet technology.
