Taboola Production IT is expanding. We are looking for a highly talented Senior Site Reliability Engineer for our development work that impacts all aspects of Production IT connectivity and processes.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

Responsibilities

• Be part of the team responsible for availability, performance, efficiency, monitoring, emergency response and capacity planning of Taboola’s production environment.
• Combine the latest open-source and commercial technologies to build and improve services that will have an impact on the business.
• Develop and deploy tools to improve and support production environments.
• Be the final escalation point for issues related to production linux systems.
• Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  
  

• 5 years of linux systems administration/engineering in a large, distributed environment with focus on Redhat/CentOS/Rocky Linux
• Experience with Configuration Management Tools (Puppet, Ansible, Chef, Terraform).
• Experience programming in at least one of the following languages (Python, Golang).
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking (DNS, DHCP, WEB etc)
• Designing, implementing, managing and deploying cloud-native applications in a Kubernetes environment
• CI/CD pipeline development (Argo, Jenkins, Rundeck)
