IT Network Project Manager

Company Description: Growing healthcare technology company

Location: Hybrid (work-from-home and work-from-office)

Language: Fluent English required

The role consists of:

* Management of technical projects, accompaniment and execution according to a precise plan, including compliance with objectives.

* Direct reporting to the CTO, managing and distributing the work to the staff members in Israel and abroad, including close monitoring of the execution of all required work processes.

* Assisting and accompanying the establishment of new offices in Israel and abroad according to a work plan and advance preparation of the project.

*Managing the technical support staff in Israel and the Help Desk support desk abroad

* Technical assistance and extensive knowledge in the field of Networking / System.

*Handling user faults in the Microsoft / office 365 / Google environment and knowledge of cloud environments.

* Willingness to learn new fields and support medical applications.

* Joint work with the support and operation system of the company.

*Monitoring and accompaniment of daily and monthly work plan including accompaniment and production of reports for managers.

*Knowledge and understanding of communication line infrastructures in Israel and around the world and troubleshooting and escalation with the telecom providers if necessary.

*Good understanding of IP communication and performing in-depth tests for all network components and endpoints if necessary.

Requirements :

*Experience of 5+ years with relevant certifications

*Networking; CCNA; CCNP

*ROUTING/SWITCHING experience including troubleshooting

*Experience in information security, penetration testing, security software and firewall

*Familiarity with Fortinet products

*English at a native language level.
