Sales Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Operations to join us.

What you will do:

• Process customer orders and manage the entire order life cycle using our ERP system, ensure timely follow-up to provide a seamless experience for our customers.
• Work closely with direct customers and distributors, providing comprehensive commercial and logistical information.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as planning, operations, and marketing to prioritize deliveries, while maintaining a transparent customer communication regarding delivery schedules.
• Identify and analyze existing processes, proactively suggesting improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
• Perform any other duties assigned, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the organization.

What is needed:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems. CRM experience - an advantage.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite with a technical orientation.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, efficiently managing multiple customer interactions while considering internal needs and priorities.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
