Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Rafael is seeking for a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer.

As a key member of the quality team, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing projects related to quality issues in software development.

Your role will involve investigating faults, implementing repair and improvement processes, and actively participating in transversal teams focused on processes, methods, and tools.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee projects related to quality issues in software development and algorithms.
• Investigate faults and lead the implementation of repair and improvement processes.
• Participate in transversal teams focusing on processes, methods, and tools to enhance overall development quality.
• Conduct internal and supplier inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions for software engineers on quality issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 5+ years of experience as a SW engineer
• Strong background in development and quality processes improvement methodologies.
• Experience in developing enterprise solutions with a focus on system aspects.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in software quality assurance.
