Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Managing and Maintaining Buildings services and grounds
• Manage relationship with Client.
• Vending Services
• Manage all client service and works.
• Health and safety
• Space management
• EHS Compliance
• Arranging for all important inspections, approvals, and licenses
• Maintain safety; monitor access; maintain appearance and overall environment of the organization and wellness facilities.
• Developing and administering the policies of the facility
• Preparing, maintaining, and submitting the reports and records to the Client and IFM team
• Take part in reviewing, interviewing, hiring, coaching, supervisor, and assessing of new staff.
• A stable financial position should be maintained for the operation of the facility.
• Exercising sound fiscal management practices.
• Attend staff conferences and trainings.
• Management of staff on site
• Requirements:
• Have a background in facilities management Chillers, Fire Protection, Life Safety System etc.
• 6 plus years facilities management experience in a fast-paced setting
• Previous experience of managing people and vendors preferable.
• IT Skills – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Strong administration, organizational, documentation and analytical skills
• Excellent Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work within a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail
