About The Job

Oshi is a food-tech company developing a breakthrough technology to produce premium whole-cut, plant-based fish fillets to sustainably feed the world at scale. Our first product is a salmon-inspired fillet, already served at restaurants in New York.

Responsibilities

• Build, implement, and maintain the entire supply chain for the organization in Israel and the United States.
• Locate raw material suppliers, packaging materials, and auxiliary materials for laboratory and production.
• Lead contract negotiation, close, procure, and manage quality and food safety documents.
• Oversee inventory management, including raw materials, packaging, auxiliary materials, and final products.
• Manage the ERP system implementation throughout the value chain.
• Handle distribution chain responsibility from frozen storage to product delivery in both Israel and the USA.
• Launch in new markets at the logistics level by locating sub-suppliers, examining suitability, establishing contact, and building the supply chain.
• Manage warehouse and manufacturing plant in the USA for supply chain needs.
• Overseas travel may be required.
  
  

• Experience in logistics management, operations, and inventory management.
• Experience in a production environment, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Academic degree in industrial management, logistics, business administration or a similar field.
• Experience with product launch in the United States
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
