Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located in Modiin-Maccabim-Reut. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Project Manager will also acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants, in order to deliver projects according to plan. Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for defining the project's well-defined scopes and objectives, and ensure the project's quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in the construction or engineering field.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. Additional certification in project management is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, as well as the ability to apply them in various situations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and third-party consultants or contractors.
• Strong leadership capabilities to manage teams and delegate tasks.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to navigate complex situations and challenges.
• Proven record of project budget, scope, risk, and time management.
