Your Impact

The Data & Research department oversees all of  At-Bay’s data-related requirements. Our ultimate goal is to enable and increase the use of data in the company through creative approaches and the implementation of powerful resources such as analytical databases, advanced data pipelines, BI tools, and data science technology. We hire the brightest minds to take on this challenge and equip them with the knowledge and tools that contribute to their personal growth and success while supporting our company’s culture of diversity and experimentation. The Data team's role at At-Bay is critical as business users, product managers, engineers, and many others rely on us to empower their decision-making. This drives up the challenge as part of the Data department, as well as the reward.

At At-Bay, we take experimentation seriously. We are looking for a Business Analyst who can expand our data-driven culture and drive actionable insights. This person will help us gather better business insights and share them internally and externally by highlighting the story behind the data points.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team to act as the bridge between the business, tech & product. You will work closely with our stakeholders and decision-makers in our Tel Aviv and San Francisco sites.

You will work on ad-hoc analysis and day-to-day business needs, using critical thinking skills to gather and analyze data.

• Analytical research - working with big data sets to provide critical insights related to business topics and new initiatives across multiple areas in the company (tech, product, and more).
• Investigate ad-hoc issues and translate findings into business and product recommendations.
• Be curious - you should ask "why" 3-5 times in a row for the same problem, digging in and not being satisfied until you truly understand the root cause.
• Turn data into insights - research projects and share outcomes & recommendations with stakeholders (using research methods and visualization tools).
• Translate research data and findings into actionable/strategic insights.
• Present & share recommendations of the company's stakeholders and external audiences.
• Drive analytics excellence, be a source of knowledge for business users, and master our product flows.
  
  

• 3+ years of similar experience at a fast-growing tech company.
• MBA/BA/BSC in Statistics / Math / Economics / Neuroscience, or any field with a strong emphasis on analytical skills (GPA 85+).
• Entrepreneurial and analytical; effective at managing change in a fast-moving and constantly evolving business.
• Fluent in English - Must, Effective written and verbal communication skills in English - Must.
• Advanced SQL Skills - Must.
• Able to present key findings to stakeholders (drafting presentations, analysis, and professional documents).
  
  

• Consulting / Strategy / Economics / Analytics/ Finance background
• BI tools experience: Tableau, Looker, Power BI
