Bookkeeper

A leading cyber security company in TLV is looking for a talented Bookkeeper.

This is a well-known global organization, with enterprise clients worldwide, including Fortune 100 companies.

The successful candidate would be an experienced bookkeeper professional with global experience and a team player accustomed to working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

🔹 Maintain records and all financial transactions on a global level.

🔹Perform all activities related to accounts payable including reviewing and processing

payments to local and foreign vendors, bank accounts and credit card reconciliations.

🔹Responsibility for processing the vendor purchasing process from Sales. Order/invoice to Payment.

🔹Participate as a key member of the month-end close and bring the books to the trial

balance stage.

🔹Report globally to tax and other authorities monthly Prepare monthly provisions.

🔹Fixed Assets.

🔹Employees T&E reimbursements.

🔹Assemble information for external auditors as part of the audit process.

Support the accounting department with ad-hoc tasks.

Main Requirements:

🔹Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2).

🔹7+ years of experience in bookkeeping in the tech industry.

🔹Experience working on NetSuite as the bookkeeping system (advantage).

🔹Microsoft Excel proficient – a Must.

🔹Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

🔹Proficient in English - mostly read & write, basic conversational level.
