Senior Data Scientist

In-House Health is a Health-Tech startup, founded in 2023 by Ari Brnner who previously founded a digital health company with a >$1B valuation, and backed by top-tier VCs. Our platform helps hospitals & nurses teams to predict the demand and manage themselves more effectively and flexibly.

This is a rare & exciting opportunity at a high-performing early-stage digital health company. Reporting to our CO-Founder & VP R&D, you will have a key role in the company. We take pride in creating a hugely impactful product that is being built at the highest level of craft and execution.

About you

• You are highly motivated and excited to work at an early-stage Health-Tech company
• You thrive in a self-directed environment, taking initiative to drive projects forward and proactively seeking guidance when needed

Responsibilities

• Be the end-to-end owner of the model development life cycle - from understanding business needs through research and up to productization.
• Apply cutting edge ML/DL technologies to solve actual business problems that will be an invaluable part of In-House Health products.
• Report directly to our VP of R&D.

Requirements

• 5 + years of hands-on experience as a data scientist in tech companies.
• Proven record of translating business and product needs into successful scientific and production grade solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing complex data.
• High proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning & deep learning frameworks such as Sklearn and Pytorch or Tensorflow.
