Role:

As an Account Manager at Groove, your responsibilities will include:

· Building strong relationships with our clients, customers, and providers.

· Identifying and presenting new opportunities and solutions based on customer feedback.

· Collaborating with various internal departments, such as product development, marketing, operations, and support.

· Handling customer complaints and finding solutions to maintain positive relationships.

· Becoming a product and service expert to provide effective solutions to customers.

· Identifying and pursuing new opportunities, prioritizing accounts, and evaluating campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should:

· Have previous experience, with a bonus if it's in the gaming industry.

· Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Be fluent in English- Must, Japanese / Chinese - A strong advantage

· Be comfortable working with multiple platforms.

· Have excellent organization and time management skills.

· Be self-motivated, a team player, proactive, and able to manage a diverse workload.

· Maintain a positive attitude and a "can-do" approach.

Scope:

This is a full-time position based at our Ashkelon office (Hybrid)
