As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely processing of incoming orders from our partners and customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop a working knowledge of Silverfort’s order and licensing process
- Ensure complete and accurate processing of orders from customers and partners (review purchase orders against quotes and ensure all relevant order documentation is complete)
- Interact with Sales, Revenue, and AR teams to work through order discrepancies
- Generate invoices for completed orders
- Deliver license files to customers
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and provide order-related information
- Assist in maintaining/updating our order processing documentation
- Analyze business needs and work with stakeholders to drive system and process change
- Be able to take on team-related projects, as well as participate in cross-functional projects, including UATs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in order management or a related field in a tech or software company.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is mandatory
- Experience with NetSuite is an advantage
- Attention to detail without losing productivity
- Availability to work for a week in the US time zone at the end of each quarter (mandatory). Ability to work extended hours during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Ability to make decisions during peak periods while maintaining accuracy working at a high pace
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong customer service and team orientation skills
- Ability to problem solve complex order scenarios
- Demonstrate flexibility to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook
