As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing events within a designated territory in EMEA. This position is responsible for creating a Field Marketing and Events strategy for virtual and in-person events, managing metrics and reporting, and collaborating cross functionally with sales, product, channel marketing, and customer marketing, etc. to drive revenue. Successful candidates will possess great communication skills both written and verbal and must be organized and detail-oriented - managing the programs for many virtual and in-person events happening at the same time.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a variety of field events, from large trade shows to intimate lunch and learns, and everything in between.
- Assisting, accelerating, and creating sales opportunities to drive revenue through custom events and field initiatives by working directly with the sales team to identify customers and prospects from target accounts
- Managing key metrics such as pipeline, cost per meeting, cost per lead, opportunity conversion, etc.
- Supporting internal communication across multiple departments (sales, marketing, customer success) on expectations, goals, deliverables, event logistics, acquisition of attendee and sponsor lists, and performance
- Ensuring that attribution is being correctly and properly reported.
- Training GTM teams on content, processes, and workflows surrounding field events and programs
- Collaborating with the demand gen team on programs that drive pre-show interest, attendance, and post-show conversion activity and engagement
- Aligning with key stakeholders, such as sales, channel, and digital marketing to maximize value and accelerate deals
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Field Marketing or Channel Marketing
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, and 3rd Party Integrated Tools
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and drive results across teams (including remote colleagues) and at all levels of an organization
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details, ability to manage all event logistics including event registration, printing, shipping, and more
- Enthusiastic, driven, positive, hardworking professional who can multi-task, prioritize and rise to the occasion in high pressure situations
- Ability to analyze and interpret metrics around field marketing performance
- Basic understanding of the sales pipeline funnel
- Production experience (a plus)
- Experience in cyber security (a plus)
