Technological Solutions Manager 

Olami is seeking a uniquely talented and ambitious individual for a dynamic, challenging, and meaningful role. This role includes aspects of product management, data analysis, and IT. You will work with a staff of over 50 people across several kiruv programs that offer online and in-person student experiences.

In the US and Canada, Olami – and its outstanding staff of rabbis and educators – provide Torah learning and growth opportunities to young Jews in more than 100 campuses and communities. 

Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to) 

• Write technical specifications for digital product development. 
• Oversee the work of a remote team of developers. 
• Prepare and maintain reporting dashboards for team members, partnering organizations, and stakeholders. 
• Provide technical support for all team members: assisting with initial setup, software training, and ongoing tech support. 
• Provide technical support for students. 

Requirements: 

• Proven ability to learn new skills and apply them. 
• Excellent problem-solving ability. 
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and customer service skills. 
• Attention to detail. 

Major Plus:  

• Experience in product management in a high-tech environment. 
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau). 
• Knowledge of SQL and/or other querying languages. 
• Experience in web development 
• Experience in web design 
• Experience in Salesforce administration 

Hours and Compensation 

• This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). Work can be done remotely from any location, but at least 15 weekly hours must be done between 9am - 3pm ET, on a set daily schedule. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work in Ramat Beit Shemesh at least twice a week. 
• Compensation is 12-14k NIS bruto commensurate with experience for an Israeli employee or $3.5k-$4k per month gross for a US employee and includes all employee benefits.
