Job Summary:

A global biotech company is looking for a Business Analyst - previous experience is required.

Location: Center district, Israel

Main Responsibilities:

• Business process management and business support in general for the company's managers and CEO.
• Data analysis on products, trends and profitability, customer analysis and trend identification.
• Building future sales forecasts, building a budget and control.
• Product pricing.
• Profitability analysis.
• Preparing financial reports.
• Inventory planning and trend analysis.
• Understanding in the fields of financing and banking.
• Managing cross-organizational processes in a global environment.
• Working multiple times with internal and external interfaces (such as banks) and assisting with financial and business processes.
• Preparing business presentations and presenting them.
• Monitoring the utilization of resources and allocating them optimally.
• Coordinating IT support and maintenance, purchasing hardware and software at the same time the need, and ensuring full compliance with the company's IT policy and local regulations.
• The position reports to the CEO and Global CFO.

Requirements:

• Graduated with a degree in business administration/economics
• Proven experience of 4-8 years as a business analyst and sharp business vision – a must
• Excellent written and oral English skills - a must
• Previous experience in a global company - a big advantage
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Power BI - an advantage
• Experience in business finance
• High computing orientation
• Ability to lead processes and tasks
• Good interpersonal interaction
• Representativeness
