Financial Systems Manager

As a Financial Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our information systems, focusing on NetSuite, Salesforce and BI and will report to the CFO.

Responsibilities:

• Focal point for designing, developing, and maintaining our NetSuite solution to enhance our business processes and requirements.
• Develop and customize processes throughout workflows and SuiteScript ensuring system optimization, and compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills (including written and oral communication) and motivation to work closely with business people to understand evolving business process and translate into IS requirements.
• Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite.
• Asist the CFO with analysis and selection of new tools.

The Ideal Candidate:

• +3 years of hands-on experience working as a Netsuite developer & implementor.
• Deep understanding of the Procure to pay (P2P) and Order to cash (O2C) processes, inventory management within NetSuite.
• Experience with non-ERP business systems (etc. Salesforce, Procurement tools, expenses tools, BI etc.)
• Knowledge in SQL.
• Deep understanding of NetSuite capabilities and the ability to determine rather to utilize native functionality Vs. developing tailored solutions.
• Wide understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements to technical design alongside great analytic and technical skills.
• Develop integrations and automations - major advantage.
