Business Operations Manager - Channels

Job Description

• Collaborate with strategic partners and internal teams like sales, product, and customer success to develop and implement effective solutions for clients and partners
• Innovate and enhance our product and infrastructure offerings to support and expand collaborations
• Address and resolve internal and external challenges including customer care, legal, financial, and data aspects to ensure successful partnerships
• Monitor and address user issues, leveraging Wix’s product and development resources to provide effective solutions
• Implement and deploy Wix’s latest capabilities across our partner network
• Lead large-scale migration projects, coordinating cross-company efforts to transition numerous sites to the Wix platform
  
  

Qualifications:

• You have proven expertise in product and project management, with at least 3 years of experience in managing cross-company product or development projects
• You make decisions based on data and have a deep understanding of the complexities of large scale integration projects
• You have the ability to maintain a strategic high-level perspective while focusing on the details
• You’re experienced at leading diverse teams, including product, development, marketing, sales, and finance
• You have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluency in English
• You have experience in international markets and sales or business development is a plus

Wix’s Strategic Channels Partnerships team. We create and execute Wix’s strategic collaborations with other enterprises, enabling their customers to access Wix’s platform to build their online presence. We work with every major group at Wix to provide solutions and adapt Wix’s products and flows to make these large-scale partnerships successful.
