What will you do:

CyberArk is seeking a full-time Privacy Analyst to join its global privacy team. This person will manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s privacy program, in collaboration with CyberArk’s in-house privacy team, reporting to CyberArk’s Director of Legal, Global Privacy. The position is based in Israel (hybrid).

CyberArk’s legal team is a trusted advisor and ally across the company. Legal is positioned as a partner and business enabler, mitigating risk while driving positive outcomes and supporting CyberArk’s rapid growth and expansion into new markets. With team members in Israel, the US, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and Singapore, we work to continuously enhance legal and risk management practices and systems to strengthen the business. • Manage operations of CyberArk’s Privacy Compliance Program, coordinating input of stakeholders from IT/InfoSec, HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance and other departments
• Adopt a data-driven approach to analyzing privacy program KPIs and metrics, supporting management and board-level reporting and promoting clear and actionable processes that streamline privacy operations
• Collaborate with CyberArk’s in-house privacy lawyers to provide expert advice and guidance to employees and privacy ambassadors across the business in relation to data privacy and data protection requirements
• Lead Data Subject Access Request responses regarding the use of personal data by CyberArk
• Take ownership of review cycle for CyberArk’s internal and public-facing privacy resources, such as CyberArk’s Privacy Center and SaaS Privacy and Data Protection FAQs
• Lead continuous improvement, scalability, and automation of existing data privacy processes and procedures, such as GDPR Record of Processing Activities, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Third-Party Risk Management
  
  

• At least three years of relevant experience within a highly regarded business, preferably a leading advisory/ project management firm/ law firm
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Native-level English (written and spoken)
• Program operations and advanced Excel skills, demonstrated ability of operationalizing technology and data
• Pragmatic thinker and self-starter who consistently delivers on commitments – exceptional organizational skills, resourceful, attention to detail and process-oriented
• Experience of data protection/ privacy/ GDPR or in a technology company an advantage
• Experience implementing compliance/privacy technology an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree
