Corporate Financial Controller

A Global leader is looking for Corporate Financial Controller.

This position is responsible for the preparation of all of the public documents to be filed with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC).

This would be the Form 10Q, Form 10K and all other SEC filings.

This position would also ensure the accurate preparation of the consolidation financials statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Provide ongoing leadership and guidance around new accounting standards and their successful implementation.

In addition, manage ongoing worldwide accounting matters, and manage monthly, quarterly and year-end close activities according to Corporate and External reporting due dates.

Requirements:

Support strategic transactions and M&A activity.

CPA, public accounting experience from the Big 4

10-15 years related accounting and financial reporting.

SEC reporting experience.

Experience from a Global Manufacturing company

Strong technical accounting skills

Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley / internal control frameworks
