Marcom Coordinator

Position summary:

As the Marcom Coordinator, you'll lead the execution of global and local marketing initiatives, overseeing events, logistics, and shipments. Collaborating with external production companies, you'll manage movie productions for product promotion and contribute creative input for compelling visual content. Your role extends to on-demand video editing, addressing diverse team needs, and includes financial management responsibilities for the Marketing department.

Key responsibilities:

• plan and execute global and local events to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage logistics and shipments for global events from our in-house warehouse.
• Oversee and manage external movie productions for product and solution promotion.
• Work with video editors for on-demand projects requested by different teams in AudioCodes.
• Oversee invoicing and payments for the entire Marketing department.
