Business Partner Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Partner Marketing Manager to take immediate ownership of the strategy, development, and execution of various partner programs by collaborating with internal and external resources. As the Business Partner Marketing Manager, you will be the primary marketing contact for our international business partners, working closely with them to understand their localization needs, and tailor marketing strategies that resonate with their audience.

Your expertise in channel marketing will be instrumental in developing and implementing successful campaigns that drive engagement and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing joint marketing initiatives with business/channel partners to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborating with business/channel partners to create marketing campaigns that align with Atera's overall marketing strategy including events, newsletters, lunch and learns, etc.
• Planning and executing the launch of a partner portal, complete with relevant assets and collaterals to assist partners with selling Atera, including co-branding opportunities and localization projects.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our business/channel partners to ensure successful collaboration and execution of joint marketing initiatives.
• Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of lead generation initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and success.
• Working closely with business analysts and finance to plan and adjust marketing investments with partners.
• Working hand in hand with Atera’s Business Partner Managers to create joint working plans.
• Acting as the primary liaison between our marketing team and our business/channel partners, you will be the go-to person for all communication and coordination.
  
  

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field-an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in channel marketing, preferably in the technology industry and within a SaaS company- a must.
• Strong understanding of channel marketing best practices and strategies.
• Proficiency in B2B SaaS marketing is a bonus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SF/ PBI – an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English (3rd language – an advantage).
• Willingness to travel (Up to 25%).
