Research And Development Manager

We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced R&D Manager to join us on our mission to solve the root impediments that exist for business people to make more profitable decisions with far greater ease. In order to do this a wave of innovation must be undertaken that goes beyond software as a service (more on that face to face :)). You’ll be working with some of the most talented people we have worked with on building a very meaningful business for many business owners. What you’ll be doing

• Lead development teams, ensuring high-quality standards, productivity, and seamless collaboration.
• Provide guidance and support to team leads to optimize development processes, overcome challenges, and achieve goals.
• Impart company best practices and development standards across all teams for consistent high-quality results.
• Cultivate a culture of compliance and continuous improvement within the development teams.
• Oversee the development team headcount, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a conducive environment for growth.
• Define successful onboarding processes and support managers in recruiting top talents.
• Reports directly to the CEO.
• Collaborate indirectly with the CTO to align R&D efforts with technology strategies and overall company goals.

Requirements

• Extensive software engineering experience, encompassing full-stack work at scale in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse engineering teams, driving goal-oriented deliveries and meeting business objectives.
• Proven ability to cultivate and motivate high-performing teams, fostering inspiration and achievement.
• Exceptional leadership and communication prowess.
• Proficient in various development domains and methodologies, adept at navigating complex problems and delivering effective solutions.
