Campaign Manager (Russian-speaking market)

Persona.ly is a global company with a machine-learning-based RTB platform

with offices and representations in India, Indonesia, Japan, Europe, and headquarters in Rehovot.

Our team works closely with some of the world's best mobile apps in different verticals such as

gaming, fintech, and e-commerce. We help their growth efforts in user acquisition and

retargeting and provide them with data-driven insights from our custom predictive ML models,

which process over 2 million transactions a second and have more than 60 data points!

We are seeking an experienced campaign manager to join our team and work with our

Russian-speaking clients.

You will:

● Work with the Russian-speaking clients around the world.

● Monitor, analyze and optimize mobile app advertising campaigns’ results.

● Deal with a significant amount of real-time data.

● Work closely with product and business development teams.

Desired experience and skills:

• Strong analytical and marketing mindset! Ability to work with numbers and pivots!
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in user acquisition/performance marketing campaign optimizations - must!
• Extensive experience working with other advertising management solutions (self-service solutions or others with hands-on experience)
• Strong performance marketing ecosystem understanding.
• High sense of urgency, ownership, and proactivity.
• High level of proficiency in the Russian and English languages - must!
