As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to contribute to our creative and innovative projects. What This Job Involves

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract high-caliber candidates, including social media, networking events, job fairs, and other innovative approaches.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with Nas Daily.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating the offer and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Familiarity with creative industries and digital media is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
