We're looking for an experienced, self-driven, and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on our mission to solve the root impediments that exist for business people to make more profitable decisions with far greater ease. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Clarity, you'll play a direct role in growing, scaling, and operationalizing the talent processes that are the cornerstone of Clarity's success. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, working in partnership with hiring managers to find the very best candidates for a variety of business functions, and implementing thoughtful and creative strategies to engage top talent in markets. As Clarity continues to scale, you will play a critical role in building the foundation of our talent strategy.

What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, helping to create and implement strategies for candidate outreach.
- Proactively map, track, and source top talent candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end, including offer management and onboarding.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process and your sourcing strategies.
- Build relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and universities to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment jobs.
- 2+ years of experience in R&D recruiting from a global technology start-up environment.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing (in particular R&D Positions), screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and systems.
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization as well as externally.
- Great learning capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
