Overview

The System Engineer at Skyline Robotics is responsible for verifying and validating Skyline Robotics’ product, which is a complex multidisciplinary system consisting of HW, SW, Algorithms, mechanics, and more.

Responsibilities

• Take part in the validation and verification team of Skyline Robotics product from prototype phase and to final product.
• Maintain and develop state of the art V&V flows, tools, and methodology, meeting the robotic industry standards.
• Be Skyline Robotics’ electrical & electronic gatekeeper for the quality of the products.
• You will drive the system-level design, testing, and integration of the electrical hardware in the robotic system, which includes software, algorithmics, control, robotics & mechanics.
• You will work across engineering teams and will implement an electrical system design that meets system-level and certification requirements.
• You will be responsible for how the multiple system components are installed in the robotic system, how they are validated and verified.

Requirements

• BSc in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry.
• Strong experience with test plans for multi-disciplinary systems.
• Strong experience with lab equipment and measurements of physical systems.
• Experience in integration, system, hardware & electrical tests.
• Experience with writing tests and experiment procedures.
• Experience in designing analog & RF circuits.
• Background in assembly tests: mechanical, electrical, software – advantage.
• Background in robotics, automotive, or medical – advantage.
• Background in programming in C++, Python, Java Script – advantage.
• MSc\PhD - advantage
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Team player and highly motivated
