Quality Assurance Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the management team, overseeing the quality and technology domain with end-to-end responsibility for all processing activities, including processing facilities.

- Directly manage 8 department managers and indirectly supervise around 40 employees, both in managerial and professional capacities.

- Implement management protocols with internal interfaces (headquarters) and external authorities.

- Hold full responsibility for the quality aspects of dairy products, including problem-solving, data management for optimization, and cost reduction.

- Take complete charge of the technological aspect of dairy products, from the initial development phase (including industrial trials) through production processes on the line to the final product. This includes acquiring tools and providing guidance for resolving technological issues using state-of-the-art operational tools.

- Develop work plans and manage budgets effectively.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in the fields of food engineering/biotechnology/chemistry - mandatory. A master's degree is an advantage.

Management experience of at least 3 years in a food/pharmaceutical factory.

Background or experience in the worlds of quality/technology - an advantage.
