Role Overview:

We are looking to hire an IT expert with a focus on service, outstanding communication abilities, and a deep understanding of best practices. You'll ensure our IT infrastructure operates reliably and securely, facilitating company-wide success in a mixed Windows and Mac environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support the daily operations of our IT systems, which include endpoint management, cloud services, identity management, device configuration, and software deployment
• Develop and manage the company’s network architecture to maintain robust connectivity and security
• Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring efficient and effective deployment
• Track and resolve system issues, maintaining detailed records from identification to resolution
• Provide technical support for Azure AD, Office 365, and macOS environments, ensuring optimal performance
• Collaborate with various teams to refine processes for increased efficiency
• Continually improve IT Help Desk services, focusing on reducing the time to resolution for requests
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of essential workplace technology, including network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, internet access, Teams rooms, scheduling systems, and dashboards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in IT, with startup support experience preferred
• Expertise in Azure AD, Office 365, SharePoint, and related Microsoft technologies
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure—Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPNs
• Proven ability to manage and support Wi-Fi networks
• Familiarity with security vaults like CyberArk, HashiCorp
• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Customer support mindset
• Proficiency in managing macOS environments
• Practical experience with MDM/MAM tools, such as JAMF, Intune
• Scripting skills in Power Automate, Python, Bash, Powershell
• Relevant certifications (MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, CCNA) or equivalent knowledge
• Knowledge of identity/authentication systems (Okta, Azure AD, other IDPs)
• Experience with endpoint security solutions
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Juniper Mist and Fortinet experience is a plus
• Public cloud experience with AWS is beneficial
