Salesforce System Analyst

What Your Job Will Look Like:

• Writing functional and technical detailed design specifications
• Examining current systems and talking to users (requirements gathering)
• Production specification for new or modified systems
• Liaising with other staff such as programmers to produce new features
• Work with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them to a technical functional specification

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in analysis/support/testing of information systems.
• Experience with Salesforce system.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analyzing and implementing CRM systems.
• Experience and familiarity with sales/marketing/customer service processes – a significant advantage
