Procurement Specialist

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant role

Responsibilities:

As a Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for a wide range of procurement activities, including indirect purchases such as branding products, office supplies, and catering.

• Purchase Order Management: Oversee purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Tracking and Delivery Times: Monitor procurement orders and delivery timelines.
• Coordination and Logistics: Coordinate and expedite deliveries, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Collaboration with Human Resources and Admin: Maintain continuous communication and collaboration with human resources and the administrative department.
• Admin Purchasing Activities: Engage in administrative purchasing activities, including conference arrangements, meeting room reservations, and handling external vendors.
• Supplier Invoice Handling: Manage supplier invoices, agreements, framework orders, and withdrawal requirements.
• Continuous Interaction with Suppliers: Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers.
• Administrative Support: Provide support in administrative tasks related to procurement.

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Logistics, etc.).
• Procurement Background: Background and experience in relevant procurement activities.
• Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation techniques and managing vendor negotiations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
• MS Excel Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel for report generation and trend analysis.
• Knowledge of Priority ERP System: Familiarity with Priority ERP system and HILAN system - an advantage.
• Vendor Interaction: Ability to work with vendors both domestically and internationally.
