Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

As a QA Automation Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and functionality of our AI hardware products. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts to validate the software components that drive our hardware solutions.

This role requires expertise in Python programming, Linux environments, and a deep understanding of QA methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and hardware specifications.
2. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python for testing AI hardware components.
3. Execute automated test suites to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of hardware products.
4. Identify and document software defects and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
5. Implement and maintain continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines for automated testing.
6. Work closely with software developers to understand system architecture and contribute to the development of robust testing strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer in a hardware/software development environment.
3. Proficiency in Python programming for test automation.
4. Strong experience with Linux operating systems.
5. Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
6. Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and best practices.
7. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools.
