Junior Bookkeeper

We’re looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team.

As a Bookkeeper, you’ll be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing priorities, invoices, tax payments, overseeing bank reconciliations on a weekly basis, and cash disbursements.

Responsibilities

• Manage foreign vendors.
• Record A/P invoices.
• Prepare and manage month-end and mid-month payments.
• Manage expenses, travel reimbursements and all expense reports.
• Record credit card transactions, invoices, payments and monthly reconciliation.
• Assist with month-end closing and other projects as needed.
  
  

• 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience
• Level 1-2 Bookkeeping Diploma
• English - high level (writing, reading and speaking).
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel.
  
  

• Experience with NetSuite ERP software
• Previous experience at a hi-tech company and multi-currency environment
